All products purchased from www.moontextile.com can be exchanged within 3 days starting from the day order is received only if:
- The product(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or wrong product is delivered.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to email@example.com or calling at +92-300-0332404 in case you want to raise a dispute. Moontextile.com goes through each dispute one by one and tries to be fair to both parties.
In case the product delivered is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to Moon Textile within 7 days of delivery of your order. Upon receipt, Moon Textile shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice.
Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped both domestically and internationally. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after you receive your order before any claims can be processed.
Under certain situations it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such situations include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 3 days.
- Product is damaged after use.
- Product has been tampered.
- Price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories are missing.
